At Al Hadeed Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the product with our support team.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method:
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa).

Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method where possible.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was from our side.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
